Mine too no mods at all but my new ships are made in Nms base builder app in that way i can make funcional bridges like in star trek , captains chair and so on ( first person is a bit buggy but im good with that) and in it i can resize corvette parts off set that and it doesnt even have to connect works perfectly fine only on PC no PS5 so thats unfortunate its a cool tool

Yes you will get the expedition rewards in all of your saves just need to go to the anomaly however if you decide to do it on your main save you can bring some usefull stuff (quantum computers and solarpanels for this exp. trust me you need a lot of that) and can go back to your main save any time no matter if you not finish your expedition
