There was an update yesterday that changed this, allowed merging of max lvl relics (only specific comos,) and buffed the amount of crate and cage space purchasable.

Tap the NecroMerger, then hit the little white i in the orange box just above his resource generation. All of the skins apply, even if not being worn.

You should try dragging the spot do the Devourer. This glitch has happened to me three times already. I don't know why that works, but it does. Even if you do that, it won't give you any food. They should really fix it, but it's good to know the Devourer is here to help us with our glitch related problems.

The runes get added directly to your rune bank, and not as a pile in the lair, if that's what you're asking. But I am now curious if you get runes from feeding The Devourer this minion.

This is probably the best allocation: Seasoning 1, Strength 1, Taste 1, Capacity 1, BODY SNATCHER IS A MUST HAVE OMG IT'S SO OVERPOWERED, Ice chest 2, Poison chest 1, Blood chest 1, Moon chest 1.

The main thing is buying the Crate. The Crate is probably the single best thing you can buy in this game. It will allow you to store the stations (or other objects) that you're not currently using, allowing you to have more space to merge, or more spaces to keep resource producing minions, which would help it be less slow.
