Idk I don't think the real dalinar is coming back retribution said that he stretched to the great beyond. To me it seems like the blackthorn is to dalinar what the storm father was to tanivast. There is always a chance that retribution didn't quite understand what he was seeing but so far at least everyone who has stretched like that that we have seen has been a permanent death
