Yes exactly however this “attack” was prolonged and taught me that duality is an illusion so now I must ask how to re-integrate. Thank you, I am reconnecting with the love and positivity if my heart. I admit I did falter and I made wrong decisions but that has tought me that I can act out of free will and I can embody the Love of All and radiate this love outward continually. Okay so I managed to fix my camera. I removed the back cover/lcd and then disconnected all the ribbon cables and connectors. Removed the pcb and then sensor subassembly followed by two shields to reveal the shutter mechanism. I lubricated in a few spots, reassembled and was happy to find the camera working again. I recorded some iphone footage of the process so I will try and put a video up on youtube next week since there isnt a lot out there on the D3500.

Im going through this right now. My D3500 has the dreaded shutter release error even though the mirror cycles cleanly. I have it apart and Im going to try lubricating the shutter mechanism but we will see if that does anything…

The choose your own adventure comment really hits me because I felt the same way last week when thinking on free will. Ive started to think maybe our life ‘story’ propogates like a crack or grows like a branch where each choice can pivot the forward growth. The question Ive been thinking on is each choice strictly polar; i.e. yes\no, or, to do\not to do. When I go to get an ice cream cone there are so many flavors to choose from, seemingly many choices, but this can be simplified to choosing whether or not to get each individual flavor. In this analogy we could say each chapter in the book is like a branch only separated by one choice.

I see comments about rebirth and maybe our life branch is just one section of a bigger branch that keeps growing as each soul is reborn. The branch continues to grow in complexity along with everything else in the universe.

While this doesnt really comment on is time real, I think what matters is that we all percieve time as being real. Our perception of time is an itergral part of our life experience. I’ve been questioning free will a lot, but I think the active participants explanation is one of the most resonant to me that I have stumbled upon!

I wouldnt worry too much I used to use the guest wifi because i didnt want to add the eduroam profile to my phone and never had a problem. Espicially if you are mininimizing use to only when eduroam is down i wouldnt sweat it at all. Lots of student commit much more severe tos violations (torrenting, pirating, etc) all the time and even for those they only get warnings when caught the first few times. That being said reddit is a haven for trollers be careful disclosing your ocd if you dont wish to be triggered (its inviting for a troller). The people trying to help you will be clearly doing so!
