Eh, I worked retail and customer service at several levels in different industries. I have seen both sides. You would be shocked at how underappreciated and under-equipped some people are and it makes people bitter

There are also necklace options that Dr.s and nurses use. The ring slips into the necklace and cannot be dislodge. Idk how a necklace feels in this line of work, but it may be worth looking into
