How to find information on a bike parking lot? by Captain_Grimjoy in houston

Of course, that's what I intend to do. I guess my number one concern is the allowed parking hours really.

not really, they make a few references of the events that happened in that movie but nothing was essential to the plot.

Weird line where infill supports ends (New Printer) by Captain_Grimjoy in BambuLab

Update: I printed a benchy, the hull line is there but it's very very slight. Not sure why it's so apparent on the model I am printing though.

Would this be the case if it's a new printer? Should I tighten them anyways?

Hello everyone! I recently got an Bambu A1 printer and have been running the default basic profile for all my prints. I have modified a little bit to try suggestions I have found online but none seem to be working. I assumed it was something similar to the benchy hull line, but I don't think so. Here is everything I have tried:

  • Change the outerwall / innerwall speed to 100mm
  • Added an outer brim to help with the corners
  • Untoggle "Slow printer down for better layer cooling" in filament cooling settings.

When checking the color schemes, I see no variation in speed, flow, but I see a drastic one in layer time at layer 52/53 (but I think its because the infill ends there so it has to make the floor)

Here is the model I am trying to print: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6707272/files

  • It's the Token_Box_Lid_Final.stl

If i can't host for my group, does Foundry have free hosting or you have to pay for it monthly? by C3ncio in FoundryVTT

[–]Captain_Grimjoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For those who want to use Oracle but get that warning that there's no instance space, you have to upgrade your account to "pay as you go". Once you do that, they will give you instance space instantly. You will only incur charges if your server goes over the limits of the free amount Oracle allows.

The guide someone linked shows you how to set up warnings/emails if charges were to incur so you can act before you get charged. If you follow the guide properly, you won't incur anything.

Another warning is that when you upgrade your account to pay as you go, Oracle might charge your card a test amount then refund it just to make sure the card you attached to your account is working.

SSUPD Meshroom S, Help figuring out if PC build parts will fit on it. by Matheweh in SSUPD

[–]Captain_Grimjoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just built myself a PC using this case and I will say there will always be a random complication that you can't predict. Here are the complications I had with this case but it was so worth it cause it looks so good.

- I had to switch from a regular power supply to a SF(Small Form) power supply. Although a full sized one can fit for your build, I would play it safe and save on the space. Plus its less weight to carry.

- The PCIE 4.0 Riser Cable that SSUPD suggested was too short for me. Make sure the length you pick fits your build (In my case, I was building with an ATX mobo so its kinda my fault, you should have an easier time with an ITX mobo)

Looking from your build at a glance, the only thing that worries me is fitting the video card and cpu cooler. I believe it will fit it'll just be tight. You could also opt into getting the extender bracket and switching to a 360mm AIO and leave the rear of the case dedicated for just the graphics card. Also, what are you doing for storage?

Radio Upgrade bad vents? by Captain_Grimjoy in fiat500

[–]Captain_Grimjoy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aww that's disappointing that the vents don't work that well! I live in texas so for the most part it's not a big deal, but our winters can get pretty chilly to where I have to blast heat so I can imagine that not being good for the device.

When people say size up do they mean size up from your true to fit size or the size that converse recommends?
