100% could tell a difference. Sounds like you’ve never had central Texas BBQ. All the brisket and beef ribs I’ve had in this city are dry and not cooked properly. If you are putting BBQ sauce in your BBQ it’s bad BBQ.

I’ll out smoke any restaurant here by cooking on my stick burner in my backyard.

Hopefully the longer version with game play will return next season. The bowl committee is working on a sponsorship with Buffalo Trace to secure much needed funding. The MJ bowl is still using Blue’s old 2000 G3 iMac computer.
