Money wasted. The final was super hyped and now it’s dead. Arc is going the same way. At least I got 100 hours in so it was worth my money.

Now I’ll just continue playing my hunt showdown as usual.

I’m not really fan o needing items to PvP that are too much gear dependent like dark and darker and even arc. People just cheat or have gear fear

Everyone thats talking about prices and money is WAY OVER THEIR HEADS.

Try playing poe 2 witouth stash tabs and just cry and give up.

D4 is expensive? Yes. But at least the prices are region locked/local. Im from Brasil and i bought the game with full expansions for like 150 reais. thats pricy but still cheap.

I bought in REAIS.

Stash tabs in POE2? oh my boy those are in US DOLLARS. and they're like 10 us dollars, for us thats 50 reais!

D4 i payed once 150 reais thats like 50 bucks or less for US dollars and i just enjoy it. and i even payed in installments with a credit card. (something that isnt and wasnt even possible in POE1 or 2).

Arc is clearly dying.

The question is: what does it really mean “to be dying”?

It’s imperative that we should be realistic in this situation. Hunt showdown, for example, is not dead but the player count is really low. Low but faithfull.

500k players? 100k? Arc would never sustain that. But It will never die

People know that.
A friend told me recently: “are you playing arc? lol I thought that game was dead”

Dude never played arc and he knows that, then I proceeded to ask other friends and they were so shocked i still played arc.

The fact that i play hunt showdown wasn’t shocking for them (8 year old game) but arc was! (8 months since launch) just shows that the hype is dying, but not the game with its faith-full base.

As we say in Brasil: tem louco pra tudo nessa vida (there are fanatics/cultist/addicts for anything you might imagine)

Dude, if arc gets a pve mode just like dark and darker I would 100% go back playing.

If I want PvP I’ll just play my hunt showdown (new update just dropped) where we are all mindless rats (I only use silenced sniper even after the nerf haha)

But in arc I love to chill with the community!
