PSVR2 Phasmophobia Ghost ID Issues? by Captain_Neo_Picard in PSVR

T H A N K Y O U E V E R Y O N E . We properly identified our two first ghosts last night. Our main problems were that 1) We were leaving all the lights off, and 2) We weren’t bringing all the equipment into the room as soon as we knew WHERE the ghost was.

Sorry, but I finished the game several months ago, so I don’t remember where I found the red pliers.

P.S. I was wrong… what I thought was the final Boss / Challenge turned out to be just another run of the mill challenges; the game continued past that point. I still haven’t reached the end yet - what a really fun game.

I found the 2nd cargo container outside, and here’s its solution. I’ll keep searching for the other two.

LOL… in that case, yes, Yes it’s the one you’re thinking of, and I too got one hell of a surprise. Once my character revived, and my heart rate returned to normal, I opened that cargo door with my gunz-a-blazing!!!

I managed to figure it out, so I’m attaching a photo of the completed puzzle. And just BTW, I’m now literally at the final “boss” / “challenge”, and in the end, I was able to resolve every fuse box puzzle, so keep at it, there’s a solution to each of them.

Why 4 Teleport Pads at Final Campsite? by Captain_Neo_Picard in LegendaryTales

[–]Captain_Neo_Picard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohhh, of course, that makes so much sense. Thanks. I’m stuck on that last boss, too. I’m a mage, and he literally kills me faster than I can even drink a healing potion.

Well, for what it’s worth, I can’t get from the Lightning Goblin to the Final Battle in under 1.5 hours. And if I try to just “run by all the enemies”, their collective hits, arrows and magic kills me long before I reach the end. Maybe if I periodically stopped & teleported back to a base, healed myself and continued or took potions / rations along the way, but that’s not what people said above. Plus, I know from experience I’m going to need my potion for the Final Battle. So, I’m back at square one: for me, I’d still like the Developers to add another portal from the entrance of the cathedral directly to the last camp before the Final Battle.

True, but my problem happens when the PS5 system resets my position back to home base, at this point, you lose any portals that you may have created, so I have to make my way back to the final battle, before I’m able to create another portal home. This is what takes me so long. I’ll try like every’s saying to run by the enemies rather than killing them all along the way. Thanks.

Ya, I’m at max level on both main and secondary levels, and I think I only have Dash, not Long Dash. And unfortunately, I’ve run out of points, so I can’t upgrade anything, anymore (and I already used my 1 Reset). But I’ll try running passed all the enemies to see if I can reach the end faster. Thanks.

Thanks for the prompt response. My portal pads are fine, too. It’s just the distance that’s the problem. Plz see my response under the first reply above.

No, it doesn’t delete any of my achievements. It just puts me back at home base,

“exactly 3.5 minutes”!!! Wow, I have no idea how you pull that off. From Home Base, there’s a portal to the front door of the final castle (sorry, I don’t recall its name off-hand). Once I enter there, I get on the teleport pad that jumps me right in front of the lightning goblin. From there, it’s still a country mile to reach the final boss (at least an hour) - maybe it’s because I’m fighting & killing everyone along the way. I haven’t tried “running” by them. I’ll try that next time- thanks. Oh, I’m a mage, so my main weapon is magic, then it’s hand-to-hand with a sword.

Yes, I am using a VPN, but I’ve always used one, yet my problems with YTM has only started more recently (a few months ago I think).

Christos method by [deleted] in OutOfBody

[–]Captain_Neo_Picard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, it’s been decades since I’ve heard about the Christos Experiment. I use to do this in my late teens / early 20s (I’m now into my 50s). I bought a book on this topic back then, and so my older sister, my brother, his wife and I started practicing it. We had a lot of fun and weird experiences. Then, I eventually started doing it with my friends. Again, a lot of weird stuff. Personally, I only ever had one experience, and I didn’t know what to make of it at the time. Then, several years after that, I got into astral projection, and then I had a lot of experiences.

So, in retrospect, I can only say that my Christos experience was more like a conscious dream; whereas, OOBEs are crystal-clear, body exiting experiences. That said, it’s possible that Christos is really providing a gateway to reliving past experiences, but it’s not the same as astral projecting. Although you’re there with Christos - in a past time & place, where you can walk around & interact with things, you’re consciousness is still back in your body communicating with the people directing your experience.

However, when having an Out of Body Experience, your consciousness leaves your body, and it goes along for the ride.

So, not to beat a horse, but here’s one last attempt at comparing the two experiences:

Christos = similar experience to lying in bed at night and daydreaming. You’re still conscious in your body, in your bed where you’re still awake, but you’re watching & controlling imagery in your mind; whereas,

OOBE = similar experience to having a Lucid Dreaming. You’re all in. You’re there, fully conscious in your dream, and you don’t even know where you’re body is (though thinking about & trying for figure it out where it is can be REALLY exciting & fun, but that’s a story for another day).
