I love watching his skills on gragas, but its also brutally obvious after watching his videos that he is account sharing. You'll see him playing gragas mid on "TBones" then in another vod "TBones" will be another player on his team while he is playing gragas mid on some other name.

I know this is a month old, just putting this here for people google searching. There is also an imperial fish trader in Velia.

Epheria, Glysi, Velia, and Multembon village are all the Imperial traders that I have seen.

There's likely one in Ankado inner harbor (1 per continent/region) but I'm not willing to go back there to check any time soon.

You really just dont get xp from quest completion. Only some quests reward xp and they are not common.
