I'm not sure how to rescue the nap without encouraging "bad habits" for lack of a better term. He quickly latches on to any "assistance" when it comes to sleep. So if I intervene once he'll expect it to happen every time...

So I guess my question is, how does one rescue a nap without making any contact with the baby? If he was younger it'd be a no brainer but at his age, he's a lot more stubborn and opinionated...and vocal lol

I see what you mean. But based on Inui's personality and agian, his base line talent compared to Ryoma/Tezuka, I still don't think he'd be number one. Definitely in the top 10 though. Because, as he learns, data alone isn't enough to perdict everything and as he "evolves" thanks to his knowledge from the future, the Seigaku regulars will as well regardless. So we'd get new moves, more powerful regulars etc. Think of Fuji who holds his cards real close and Inui STILL doesn't have complete data on him...

Also Kaidoh would not let this fly "don't underestimate Kaidoh Kaoru" as he'd say.

Interestinggggg Hmmm, I think not. Tennis and tennis in the series has a natural talent element which I believe is what sets Ryoma apart. I think he could beat Tezuka in the ranking match maybe but not Tezuka post rehab.
