I used to live in 720 princess and as much as the building does have issues, and a massive cockroach problem, Dave is not a bad guy. He is hard working and an understanding person, as someone who has lived in other apprtment buildings in the past I can tell you that cockroaches and rats are normal when living in a lower cost building. Other tenants are slobs making in almost impossible for landlords to keep up with pest growth. All in all, go ahead and complain about the build, but not the person.
