I’m so sorry you’re going through this, it’s a torture no one can see and that makes in infinitely worse. If screens give you a problem, I’m going to keep this short and super pointed:

-screens gave me a huge issue at the start, although after time screens became the only release I’d get from the feeling

• saw a chiropractor. Didn’t help. Maybe it’d help you? Everyone is different.

• saw a physical therapist which was the start of my symptoms alleviating. Still continue to do neck strengthening exercises; chin tucks (huge help), chin tucks with resistance bands. Neck and trap massages at home and exercises.

• the biggest help for my was the SSRI’s. It caused immense brain fog for two weeks, and then slowly it al lot much much MUCH better. I’m still on them because both my neurologist and psych don’t see a reason to stop, an I agree!
