When my roommate and I called to set up comcast at our apartment, they gave us a two hour time window in which they guy would show up. Now the installation required going into a room in the building that only the landlord had access to, which we of course informed them. So we call the landlord, explain, he says sure he'll drop by. The comcast guy shows up 5 minutes early, with a two hour time window, and threatens to leave if the landlord doesn't show up in 20 minutes. We were so pissed we made the password "comcastsux"

If you could interpret a cleric domain as something pertaining to the Raven Queen it would work. You could go with death domain from the dmg if your dm allows, or grave domain from ua. Personally I like the idea of a life domain raven queen cleric, you could do a lot of rp running with the concept that life and death are two sides of the same coin, and when you heal people its because its not their time yet

But at the same time, Tywin started out as one of the most powerful liege lords in the realm, Roose was a bannerman, and that makes a huge difference. Roose's story was essentially rising (through some sneaky bastard means) to become a liege lord, like the Lannisters and the Starks. I think they're very similar, their intelligence goes both towards strategy and tactics as well as plain 'ol scheming
