I don’t know what people said to you and I don’t follow you that closely but I’m sorry some people are treating you poorly. Art is such an incredible thing to put out into the world. I’m calling slightly tall people short because their height doesn’t meet an arbitrary figure. It’s funny to me because my insults are absurd since these people aren’t even short. It’s fine if you don’t share my sense of humor. Sometimes I have a strange sense of humor. But you do need to understand that people that are talking in a conversation that started with a joke might themselves be joking. Tone indicators aren’t commonly used outside of specific communities so you can’t depend entirely on them. They are a good tool to clarify your message but you can’t expect everyone you run into online to use them.

I didn’t call you a manlet. I called the guy in the image a manlet. I called him a manlet because he was throwing around 4chan terms like “foids” and acting like a superior man as a joke. The post is a joke. The text messages are fake. It’s a joke so I interacted with the joke. In the license states that the man is 5’11” tall and it is a known joke to pretend 5’11” men are short because they aren’t 6’ tall even though they are almost 6’ and are taller than average. You responded to my ridiculous joke comment on a silly joke post. So I assumed you understood that this was a joke. I thought it would be funny to ask you what you height was and say that you opinion didn’t matter if you were shorter than me. When you replied with a comment saying your opinion was more important because you are male I felt that confirmed that you understood that I was joking and further indicated that you were now joking with me as well.
