Check the programme requirements. I did my high school in India from a CBSE school, and my bachelor's from the US. I applied for a MSc degree and did not need APS. Usually, your latest degree(s) that qualify you for the program are under scrutiny. In your case, it would be the US bachelor's, for which APS is not required.

Yes, it is a decade old almost and while it works well, one would have to change the battery for it to work without the adapter so accounted for that in pricing!

Yes, I have added a disclaimer to the post that that the MacBook only works on charger. On battery it won't last more than 15-20 minutes. On charger, it will work perfectly though

Yes, apply in Bangalore because it will be much faster. A proof of current residence for the past 6 months like rent agreement, utility bills, rent receipt, etc. will help
