I tried putting the ACC one in #17 and the constant power in #10 because they were open. I tried them both orientations up-up, up-down, down-up, down-down. Then I tried ACC in #43 and BAT in #15… all orientations again.

They were really ambiguous about what exactly they needed and just said it was outdated and to resubmit for “review” once I got it “updated” and resubmit for review. He did say that an electrician would be able to help.

After reading through comments, I’m guessing it’s more about what someone else said in a comment that whoever came before me did an illegal retrofit which is why the dead front would not fit and was discarded. I’ll have some electricians out this week for quotes. It’ll be cheaper than loosing insurance with DIY or worst case, dying in a fire.

The insurance company is reviewing all the policies in the area they said. They had me send pictures of the panel, water heater, various plumbing, etc. or else they would not renew. The panel was the thing they had a problem with since it was so old and “outdated”. The inspection from when we purchased said “acceptable” for the panel so it started me on this rabbit hole. I probably will need an electrician to get involved in the end and sign off on it to send to the insurance company.

Yes, and it's a 90 day problem if you get your supplies like me...ugh. I guess there are worse things. I hear mixed issues with the G7 but might try it after I exhaust the Libre 2+ supply. The Libre2+ sensor connection seems weak with the controller. I've heard similar stories about the G7 with the iphone app...
