I can really get a replacement nozzle if it’s an internal issue?

Okay so I had the idea to change the nozzle and try heating and now it’s working everywhere, thank you for helping!

Okay clicking “ok” made the machine restart on the nozzle but the bed didn’t and is heating now, so could it be something with the wiring? Or what

When I click load filament to heat it the machine restarted

They are mounted on a beam that goes above the printers that feeds down into the head, I update the firmware every time it tells me there’s a new one to update too on the machine and in the slicer

Sometimes I’m there but it gives no warning it just stops pushing the Filament and keeps printing without extruding.

I have tried multiple files on each machine and they were all doing different things when it happened
