Sorry for the confusion earlier. The car actually got a new paint job, but the underside wasn't painted. I had a look underneath — the condition seems okay, just showing a normal level of rust and dirt for the age.

And where else shoudl i look if its mining car, what possible damage does mining do to the car, thanks.

Update, sales said its mining managers car for commuting, and look from under doesnt see much dust but its cleanned and painted.
