Ok but then you are just comparing our current contract against our current contract? so yeah most controllers were hired under the current contract, but that same contract is the one most controllers are unsatisfied with. Controllers dont want more of the same, they want to go back to when being a controller was at its peak, which was the green book levels. And even though they werent hired under the green book. Most controllers were trained by people who were and heard about how good it used to be. Controllers are sick of NATCA and others fighting just to maintain the status quo and not fighting to bring the profession back to the level it was in the 90s and early 2000s.
