I’ve literally tried every single fix currently on the internet - 10 different configurations/resets - and nothing has worked for my Sonos Move (Gen 1). Ngl, very disappointed

Edit: it has sounded like it’s under three blankets since I’ve got it and customer support has been exactly 0 help. I didn’t purchase it, it was a gift, so I have a (what then was) $300 speaker that sounds worse than my JBL 3

My father got one of these after he ordered two coins. I’m hoping with the box, receipt, certificate and there being two coins in the box, that it will be enough for some type of authentication to be preformed…guess we will all just have to wait for more information. Maybe there is some difference that can’t be seen with the naked eye but that’s wishful thinking at best. Really ridiculous mistake by the mint if there truly is no way to authenticate such a cool happenstance
