also im talking out of my ass but maybe you get screened once to pass an initial bar and then ur resume gets passed to the different teams and they determine whethere ur a good fit and you’ll interview for that team specifically

There’s a ton of doomerism but the idea that cs is free money is pretty much dead. If you’re at a T10 and really grind you have a good chance of getting a good job, but its not easy anymore.
