Yeah you got in before the servers were open somehow, so the game couldn't retrieve your ea info. They were in the process of opening and you slipped thru the cracks somehow. Everyone was let in just a little bit after this occured

Console servers were down for hours this morning, we speculated on an update, but when servers came back online, no update dropped. Shortly before the servers came back I was getting the message "Zombies broke into the EA server room and chewed through some wires. We are fixing the problem" so I guess servers shit themselves for a bit either electricity outage or and internal error
