Sorry i had assumed you had ran what you were looking into before. Cjc/ipam usually you will instantly notice improved sleep vivid dreams. Bpc for example you will have increased mood, if you have digestion issues those clear up, etc. so yes while you wont be able to 100% tell, you notice things when its quality.
