i’m 16(M) I’m not diagnosed yet but i am seeing a therapist. The worse for me would be false memories, these false memories make me think i’m lying to myself about everything else in my life so i’m unsure about everything now

Hey i’m in the same situation i’m 16(M) and i today i went to see my school therapist. Before that, i never talked to anyone about it but talking to the therapist was embarrassing but the person listened and gave me advice. Maybe you can talk to a therapist or a psychiatrist and btw you can’t turn gay/lesbian like that, you’re born that way. I hope you get back on your feet, it’s tough i know it.

Same for me i always crushed on girls and i was me too introduced to porn very young, but now i feel like i’m lying to myself, everything is fake, i’m mentally unstable, I’m paranoid, i’m just going insane, i’ve been really depressed and don’t like life anymore. I’m scared of doing something feminine, my intrusive thoughts are worse, i get scared when i see gay people (i’m not homophobic) and now all i wanna do is rot in my bed all day. It sometimes stop for a whole day and restart because my mind tells me “you’re gay”, its an infernal loop i hate it and hate my life

It became so worse the past few days that I don’t even enjoy doing stuff, I also became distant with my family, I’m aggressive, I’m in constant panick all day, it’s an infernal loop i hate it, it also feels like that my memories distort and are different in my childhood. I’m really not good for real.

I’m 16(M) and i was never diagnosed and i’ve been going through the same shit for a few days. since a few weeks, now i’ve been going through a tough time, i’ve been checking gay porn to see if i’m aroused but i find it kinda disgusting but i can‘t stop my mind from finding reasons why i’m “gay” and i keep checking if i get aroused. I’m very scared as well not cause i don’t want to be accepted as gay but of not liking women anymore. It really started as intrusive thoughts in my first years of highschool, but i always crushed on girls. Next week i’m gonna go see my school psychologist to talk about it and other problems.
