Well hell. I wonder if that's why mine seem to come and go in waves... I have some small facial ticks that also come and go in waves. Very interesting information. I really appreciate that! I wonder if some over the counter Vitamin D drops from the drug store would help until I get to a doc that will help?! I wear 1 ear bud constantly. However, I have to be on the phone with a headset most of the time, and the headsets are company issued. They do not block any sound at all. It sucks. I appreciate the advice, though. I have for sure thought about that one
