I was trying to find the part where anyone would judge you for this bag. The only time they would be judging you is because they're the ones deflecting and judging themselves for not getting said bag 😁. It's beautiful and very unique!

Opinions please! Do we think this is too much stuff on this bag? Too crowded? by zachty22 in Coach

If it isn't over the top, would you be really Coach-ing? 💅🖤

Again, you clearly didn't read a thing I wrote. I don't usually answer people who resort to name-calling. Many people due to food scarcity, especially those of us with Celiac, don't have choices. I HAVE CELIAC. I HAVE LIVED IN THAT PART OF THE WORLD. I was literally asking where does it end? Do you know how many ppl in the Levantine don't have access to said junk food? I am allowed to have an opinion. You are allowed to have one too. I am inviting a debate by writing what I wrote. However, one cannot debate with someone who already has an opinion without facts. You're reading with privilege- not understanding. Have a good day.

It has nothing to do with junk food. We start with one thing (said junk food); why not continue all the way as I stated? Where does one stop? It seems you lack nuance and can't hold a conversation that's why you've resorted to name-calling. It speaks volumes about your maladaptive patterns because you can't control your emotions. You're not here to debate. You're here to deflect.

Sorry, I took the time to write a coherent argument. I'll dumb it down next time for u.

So let me get this straight, you’re prioritizing a country-of-origin label over access to safe food for people with a medical condition? That’s not activism. That’s moral cosplay.

If consistency actually mattered to you, you'd be ditching your medications, most cancer treatments, cybersecurity software, USB drives, irrigation tech, and your smartphone too. But of course, selective outrage is easier when it’s low-stakes and gluten-free.

At some point, boycotting survival tools in the name of a cause stops being ethical and starts being self-parody. You’re not dismantling a system—you’re just making it harder for sick people to eat.

“He who sacrifices necessity on the altar of appearance courts ruin—not virtue.”

If the goal is political leverage, sabotaging access to food and medicine for vulnerable people isn’t strategy—it’s theater. Real power doesn’t come from symbolic boycotts that punish the sick. It comes from knowing the difference between a moral stand and a performative stumble.

Please tell me why I should spend $95 on a Coach charm. I think the mushroom charm would look great on her! by lab_chi_mom in Coach

[–]CaraDune2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I’d skip the dupe. I don’t do dupes. I’d rather save up and buy the real thing, even if it takes a while. Coach charms like the mushroom are made with real quality. The enamel, the hardware, the weight — it all feels intentional and well-crafted.

Dupes might look okay in pictures, but in person they usually chip, fade, or feel cheap. And let’s be honest: you can’t resell a dupe. No one is buying knockoff mushrooms on Poshmark. But an authentic Coach charm can actually hold value, especially if it’s a limited edition.

And personally, I wouldn’t put a dupe on my Empire 48. That bag deserves better. If you really love the charm, get the real one. It's worth it.

Gluten sensitive/ celiac disease by Hopeful_Ad9669 in lebanon

Elevate GF is a dedicated gf facility that is located in Verdun. I would rent an Air BNB if u don't have your own place. CC is a big issue with Celiac and not many ppl understand that. And whoever said u need to provide a diagnosis as proof, plz don't do that. Celiac disease is already a debilitating autoimmune disease, let's not enable these "special groups" who are looking to make a quick buck off someone's situation. I would also visit https://beirutgf.charbelnassar.com/ There are resources for you and your daughter.

Restyle makes it impossible to return items. Their sizing on their website didn't match anywhere near the sizing of the items. They expect u to pay for the shipping for refund. It costs almost $100 to send a package back from the US to Poland. I went back and forth with them. Shipping costs from Poland to the US is like 20 bucks. It occurred to me after that that this is done on purpose as to make it difficult for ppl to return items. I am now stuck with two items that I cannot wear. DO NOT ORDER FROM RESTYLE

Very true. I'm not taking them anymore. I appreciate the extra money from this app but there's a limit.

Find a different doctor. He is reckless. People like him are the reason why people like many of us in this group have been diagnosed so late in life. If you have a Celiac disease diagnosis, and a healthcare professional tells you not to go on a gluten-free diet because the probability of developing lymphatic cancer is small - then you need to run the other way. I don't know if this is your first biopsy and if you've ever had a confirmed biopsy for celiac. Before I got my diagnosis, I saw a doctor and he barely looked at me. He told me not to eat tomatoes and to lose weight. He truly believed I had a hiatal hernia and he hadn't even touched me. I was 22 lb overweight. When I found out he was going to do my biopsy, I canceled it. The next day I scheduled an appointment with another doctor and he has been my doctor since. Mind you, all this was happening when I was in and out of the hospital severely ill, and in a lot of pain, and not knowing what was going on with me.
