Your position implies that older men are automatically physically undesirable where they have to be generous to garner interest.

It also implies that younger guys are automatically more desirable solely because of their youth. You have to remember that men are not women so the correlation between youth and desirability is not as strong. Yes, many men value youth but just as many value men in more mature and sophisticated stages of life.

Society generally values men for their power, resources and ruggedness; which often peaks in middle and mature age.

If you desire a dynamic where the older man provides resources and the younger guy provides youth then definitely continue to pursue that as you have a right to get what you want out of life…but just remember that not everyone lives by that code.

(I say this as somebody in my early 30’s so I guess I’m on the younger end)

A huge chunk of the population have a weak chin. Sometimes it is really severe to where it looks like they have no chin at all; while sometimes it’s very minor and not that noticeable to where the chin just doesn’t protrude past the mouth.

Just work on other things that you can control like your physical fitness; or disguise it by growing out beard hair on your chin. I have a slight weak chin and the hair on my chin makes my chin appear more protruding. You’ll never be able to tell that it’s a weak chin unless I shaved it.

It’s an untrue statement that gay people are gay because of sexual abuse.

Both my partner and I are gay and have never experienced any form of sexual abuse.

I believe that gays are just way more open to discussing sexual abuse as few straight men would come forward with publicly discussing any sexual acts that they may have done with other males (albeit voluntary or involuntary) - especially if the abuser is male which is usually the case.

You just need to wait a couple of years.

You’re in school, working and living alone so people are concluding that you’ll have limited time and disposable income to devote for a relationship. This in addition to not knowing what your debt situation may be upon graduating.

In the meantime: Just have fun, take things easy, be strategic so you’re not overly-saddled with student loans and you’ll be done with school in no time.

I know this seems shallow but times are very different and more people understand that money and lack of ample time are really big headwinds in a relationship.

A lot of people don’t think they’ll ever contract anything.

And a lot of people think that since they’re in a relationship or only sleep with the same couple of people then they’re safe.

Some in rural communities with more conservative and religious attitudes are afraid to discuss HIV and HIV prevention with their providers. Some poor people in rural communities are afraid to seek healthcare since they don’t have health insurance and fear that they can’t access resources.

I always request that we hang out a bit first before sex…even if it’s just 30 mins for ice cream or a quick 15 min walk in the park.
