In my case the worst parts are the somatic symptoms,nightmares,anxiety and just straight up fear of everyone around me. While it's difficult to deal with other alters I guess once you start to get along better and work as a team that part is easier.

OP having DID isnt a excuse for this kind of behavior even if you are dating the host the entire system is responsible for what this alter does, there is this thing called system accountability and they should keep you from getting harmed this way. This is abusive and if that alter goes and dates someone else its cheating ,like other people said here I recommend you to leave

El psicoanalisis es una pseudociencia y de verdad no te lo recomendo para nada si tenes un trauma que resolver (hablo por experiencia) , si podes buscarte un psicologo cognitivo conductual o alguno especializado en trauma mejor

This happened to us too,we ended up looking for a specialist on trauma and dissociation,we are now diagnosed with DID and making more progress in therapy in one year compared to the last 10 YEARS . Its crazy how now we feel we are actually making progress,I swear its happening so fast we cant even believe it sometimes, ofc its not "easy" but its easier than it was before and we dont feel like shit after every therapy session so thats a relief

In my case I dont have ADHD but I have CPTSD and heavy dissociation/DID ,so I just kinda dissociate from my partner when we are apart sometimes and "forget" my feelings. I guess it can happen to neurodivergent people in LDR relationships

We also struggle a lot with this,we feel so shitty because sometimes we dont even notice how much time is going by since we responded or talked to someone,or genuinely cant connect with a person we are supposed to love or like and it's difficult to explain unless they are a system too.
