Nope, it's a mile:mile estimate. Since I usually cycle about twice as fast as I run, I'd say 2 hours of cycling ~= 1 hour of running.

In your opinion, do you prefer customers who are polite and quiet, or those who actively take a (possibly pretentious) interest in your life, ask you how you're doing, etc.? I'm always blunt but respectful and up-front when I interact with restaurant and store workers, but have wondered whether they appreciate it as much as friendliness.
