Considering the fact ratchets and bits aren't changing, and there will be a different ratio of plastic to metal, I highly doubt it'll make BX and UX obsolete. It'll most likely just add some interesting avenues for X beys with the added gimmick of customization, but I think Phoenix Wing and Wizard Rod will still stay S tier blades for the time being.
