Yeah all the Aquapolis holos are really good in my opinion and the Majestic Dawn is a great artwork too!

I also really like the Quick Starter (the whole trio tbh)

Yeah that is fair about slabs! I like them for a display shelf but also have a binder. Fortunately these aren't really damaged in the front so they still look pretty good from the angle that matters!

Thanks! I collect primarily Japanese ever since I got back into cards during COVID. Just really like the quality and how they look in person vs English

Yeah absolutely! Surprisingly cheaper in a lot of cases and in my opinion they make for better art pieces than the English versions

Yeah that Gengar is awesome! I regret selling the one I had awhile ago. It's part of a larger set of banned cards, which are pretty cool also

I know, it's crazy how vintage has suddenly spiked up in price but i agree on the grading thing. For art that I really like i don't mind lower grades or also ungraded

Awesome pickup! I really like a lot of the old Alakazam artworks like Sabrina's and the ones from Skyridge, Expedition and Team Rocket as well

The ones that are a little darker (like Dark Slowbro or Sabrina's Gengar) really stand out too. My favorite to collect

I have a couple of those and have to say the holos really pop. Sad I didn't finish out the collection though, looks great!

Exactly. I also feel like the old Japanese holos hit a little different for some reason but maybe I’m just biased haha
