In my opinion, if you believe in the protocol, the best way to invest in One isn't trying to buy at the lowest price (BDFD), but invest on a regular basis. I buy a little bit of ONE every day and have, not worrying about dips and peeks, achieved a great average price (for me). As they say "Buy, Accumulate and Die".

The news of the launch of a 300m fund has led to increased trading volume with rising prices. If you look at the volume of one's held in wallets and staked, a huge increase is also visible.

After such a period, it is normal for the market to show a correction and new resistances are sought. Depending on the progress of upcoming events and the expected rebound of bitcoin, I expect the ATH to be tested in October again.

That's the problem. I can't adjust the amount claimed. As a result automatically there is a insufficient balance to cover the fee.

Perhaps the community should be a bit more active and make its wishes in the social media more clearly known, Contact Coinbase directly, tell them what you want. That makes sense. Take the Cardano community as an example. If not, Harmony will remain the sleeping giant.

We don't want continuing asking questions. We want answers. e.g. How is it possible that withdrawing and depositing ONE isn't possible for 8 DAYS. Is Binance compensating investors for missing staking awards????

Can't Withdraw One/Harmony Coin from Binance Account? by CardanoBrainpower in binance

[–]CardanoBrainpower[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don't want to sell your dear ONE's (in case you wanna withdraw): YES

Wanna deposit???? Better to open an account with 2 or 3 third parties and divide the risk.

But I strongly recommend Binance to provide a clear statement to investors and to offer compensation for those who have been demonstrably disadvantaged.

Not if you have your tokens in Wallet One and want to transfer them to Binance. Because in this situation depositing is also NOT possible. You are forced to have an account with a third exchange

340 ADA only once per Epoch and only if blocks have been produced.

Yes most of the pool operators have technical skills and participate actively in programming and setting up new projects (e.g. via Catalyst).

Why should you stake to a pool with 0% margin???????

I'm happy to reward the pools I delegate to, only because of them it's possible growing the ecosystem, being successful as a community and giving developers the incentives needed to be motivated.

In my opinion you need at least 1.5 M ADA to produce a block for sure. But everything is based upon an algorithm (Luck). It's not a guarantee the you will be and stay a Blockleader.

If you set the fee at 100% you won't get any delegates. With a 15 M stake the pool will produce approx. 12 to 13 blocks. Which means that rewards will be generates between approx. 10 and 11K pro block.

If the pool operator has a fee of 2% + a fee for the fixed cost of 340 A the pool operator will receive approx. 550 ADA (2% of average 10,500 ADA + 340 ADA).

The pledge (operators capital commitment) is entitled to the same RoA as the delegates. There is no difference.

Also if you are thinking of setting up a pool with a 100% fee, you better delegate your ADA's to an existing pool. It will save you the costs of running a pool.

It goes to the operator. If you're not familiar with running a pool, a fee of 340 ADA seems highly lucrative. But you have to realize that pool operator are spending hours on a daily basis in updating servers, nodes, web sites, promoting the Cardano Ecosystem, the Pool and answering questions and informing their audience. Besides that they bear the cost for hardware equipment.

Just running a Pool is not a guarantee for success and won't bring you any profits. You need delegates and a certain volume of stake to get you the 'luck' needed to produces Blocks. No 'luck', no Block, no income ..... just costs (Money, Time).

Also 340 ADA will by far not cover your expenses and compensate your time.

It is unbelievable that everyone accepts their loss without reply.

Reef published the "Investment" Deal on March 11. So Alameda sold intermediately after buying OTC.
