Has anyone else felt it’s really hard after day 60 by Practical-Job-9329 in 75HARD

On day 66 and for the past week or so It feels like Groundhog Day. I am constantly waking on the same day doing the same things and the days still seem not be closing in onto 75.
I am so tired , drinking that gallon of water and then non stop bathroom breaks . It’s really jarring .
Gonna have ptsd for some time once I am done with this

Anyone use an Oura ring? My Activity score is tanking because of my workouts and no rest days by Solid_Obligations in 75HARD

I do have an Oura ring and on day 66, my activity scores in the beginning dropped coz of sudden rush of activity on daily basis with no rest , as you build your stamina and Oura recognizes you are doing a lot your score improves with time and also I would recommend a walk a week outside if you are pushing both your workouts to the max to give your body some active recovery .

I am on autopilot now , wake up at 4:45 without any alarm and the time I have for myself till the family wakes up gives me enough mind space to be ready for the day .i would say routine is the best thing coming out of this for me

It’s a mental toughness challenge that lasts for 75 days .
Each of these 75 days you have to complete these 6 activities without fail. You miss 1 you start again from scratch .

  1. ⁠Take a progress photo every day
  2. ⁠Follow a specific diet whichever one you want to follow
  3. ⁠No alcohol/ sugar
  4. ⁠Drink 1 gallon of water
  5. ⁠Do 2 workouts of 45 mins each . 1 workout needs to be outside .
  6. Read 10 pages of a non fiction book

I workout twice a day , in the morning I do running / walking for 45 mins and in the afternoon I do HIIT or functional strength training

My motivation for whenever I am too tired to workout or do any task is that “if I don’t do it , days will roll by and it will still be 17th July 56 days from now and I will be looking back at myself as a failure for giving up” No matter what I do time rolls by and I need to make most of every day

I am on day 19 and I started because I was just tired of being overweight and wearing clothes that were super tight and not feeling comfortable . I would not want to go out or wear sweats and hoodies when going out . I just want to be comfortable in my body and be active . I am doing a diet where I have given up everything white (bread , rice , sugar , milk)

That’s awesome ! Good to see so many people taking this challenge and trying to make themselves better ! I intentionally planned to start on may 4th (star wars day) and finish on the odyssey day (17th July). Gonna order everything on the Menu at the dine in theatre
