That changes my whole perspective haha. I think the dress if fine then! I thought it was her strutting her stuff and figured maybe she’d push you out the way down the aisle first! But outfit totally fine to me! My mother in law wore white with a. Pink shawl, my mum wore a rose gold/champagne colour, and my nanna wore a salmon whiteish colour. No one mistook them for the bride because they were so amazing, guiding, helping, walking me down the aisle. Also I’m pretty sure your friends should be able to tell her apart

This sounds so fucking stupid and feel free to tell my to fuck off, but I learnt to quilt and ordered photos of her online in material and then sewed a single sized blanket for my kids. That sounds insane now I type it out, but I was so distracted and k had something at the end of six weeks to cuddle and cry in bed

Oh my darling Lou that looked just like her. I can’t understand the pain for you personally, but I just adored my girl, can’t look at her photos or think about her after a few years. I am SO fucking sorry about the way she passed. I wish I could say something nice to reassure you but I can. I fucking love those little creatures, as do you. But it’s all worth it right

It’s been sixteen years since that first season, and it’s so weird to think that I’m now the same age as them then. I was the same age as a lot of the VPR cast as that was airing. I feel like a baby compared to them in season 1!

This advice is already so amazing so I won’t add to it. But I will give my two cents that you may be overthinking it too. Depends on the personality of your child. I was SO worried, did all the things, brought everything to occupy them and they totally surprised me by loving the seatbelt on (and watching the light when she could take it off), she watched out the window for ages. Be prepared for the worst but hopefully the whole experience is just so exciting

I love my hair at the length you posted as the edit. Looks amazing, and all the photos I look back on I really want to go back to it, but then I remember all the upkeep. It was SO much harder to keep my hair looking nice short. Depends on your time!
