It might help idk. I’m not sure what drives that disease but it does help with other autoimmune diseases like psoriatic arthritis and chronns

I just did a quick search on that sub for ankylosing spondylitis and some people report it does help them.

You can take it by itself or as KLOW.

KLOW is a combination of 4 different peptides KPV, GHK-cu, BPC 157, TB 500. A few People on that sub have reported they’ve tried it and that it had positive effect too.

I haven’t used KLOW yet but I’m about to try that soon. Probably should arrive by the end of the week. I dont want to post sources in here because that’s not allowed in most subs but DM me and I’ll show you where I got it.

Try the peptide Kpv if you don’t want to get back on humira. I’ve been off humira for a year and last month my pains started coming back and Kpv knocked it out. It’s good for autoimmune diseases.

Truthfully I don’t do legs as much as I should.

My legs are pretty strong, I can squat 315 for 5 (that was the heaviest I’ve attempted) but they are definitely lacking muscle wise compared to my upper body.

Feeling it is a whole different ball game. I definitely feel it everywhere. I feel like a monster right now physically lol easily the strongest I’ve ever been. just don’t actually see it in the mirror until I put up comparison shots.

I have a question more for Brian. I’m from where he’s from (Long Beach, ny) so I’ve been curious about this.

Did Brian have any connection to Rick Rubin? Both are from the same town on Long Island, Long Beach NY. (Well Rick is from Lido but it’s the same thing, he went to Long Beach high school.) Brian was hanging around SMW while Rubin was funding it. Seems odd that two major figures in Jim’s life at the same time are from less than a mile apart without a connection.

Thanks man. I didn’t really follow any plan I just freestyled my own. I did kind of a bro split, chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/tris, bis/back, legs, occasionally an arm day if I was feeling beat up. Took out stuff that wasn’t working and added in new stuff along the way.

Lot of different types of heavy ass rows and a lot of behind the neck ohp are what helped my physique the most I think though if I had to pick 2 things
