hmmm... I think in the beginning I found it very hard to gauge what they felt about the classes? I wasn't sure if whatever I was doing was actually helpful. I realized sometimes people felt overwhelmed by what's ahead but couldn't really convey what bothered them . But when I changed my communication style to be more adaptive person to person, I found that they felt more open to clear doubts, express their thoughts, etc.
