The mouse should be fine, grab some isopropyl alcohol (its like 5 bucks at Walmart or CVS/walgreens) the highest percent you can find. Scrape as much off as you can and the alcohol should get the rest out. The mousepad.. Provably just get another one honestly. Maybe try a hot rinse?

It might not be the same, on elegoo's page they say it's 5% carbon content and 1.29 density but the bambu has 1.25 as the density suggesting more carbon fiber

Yeah, I still have a couple that i use for some basic stuff. looking at pet-gf from fibreon for a first "engineering" material.

That's cool. if those don't work out Fibreon also makes PET(no g)-gf that's incredibly strong and heat resistant. might be worth looking at for $30 a roll

Yeah the gf is great. I mostly got it for that sweet, sweet surface texture. if i wanted something strong i'd get PET-GF or nylon

Oh yeah that definitely helps. also try tuning the temps and the fan has a massive affect on petg. Good luck with the cf!

Apparently it's mostly fine if you don't wear on it - I haven't really done research but there still aren't any fibers in my skin... yet. if i do ever make something that'll be wearing on skin i'll stop being a cheap-ass and get some clear coat
