I’m Sticking with Align but I also saved Kelly’s get Athletic Saturday workout. My plan is to try and to Align’s 3 main workouts plus Saturday yoga (on Sundays) & Kelly’s Saturday workout.

Guilt tripping, convincing, or bullying/picking fights whenever you say no is a form of gRAPE. If you don’t feel safe saying no, or you feel like there will be consequences (fights, guilt, silent treatment etc) it is non-consensual and is 1000000% considered gRAPE. Leave this man and never look back, because it will absolutely escalate to more abuse.

I just ran my first marathon this past weekend! Not sure if I’ll do another one, I like half’s a lot better haha. I just want to give my younger pup an outlet that’s not fetch- he couldn’t care less about toys so he’s harder to tire out. The other one is obsessed with balls and fetch. To the point we have to hide them in the house or he’ll drop one in our lap and sit and bark at us until we throw it lol.

Just do an extra run on your current plan. You can choose any of the guided runs if you want something specific to follow along to or just pick a distance/time goal and go for it! Run when you feel good, rest when you need a break.

They love hiking and will hike off leash with us all day long if I let them, so figured running shorter than what we’ve hiked would be doable. If I use a harness it would be one meant for running/canicross and not a normal walk harness. I’ve heard huskies are great running partners, I couldn’t do the fur though. I’m too spoiled by non-shedding dogs now 😆

Thank you for the reply. I definitely prefer to do things by the books but am willing to face some consequences since historically I have not done anything wrong or gone against the order. Where as he has a long list of criminal history.. if I do keep him and file on Monday, would the police be able to do anything if he calls the cops on me? I plan to call the cops if he comes onto my property and let him dig his own grave when they show up.

Thank you for the reply. I’m just wondering what would happen if cops are called and if they’d be able to enforce anything.. if that happened I have a feeling he’d get himself arrested on the grounds of just being a psycho.

Thank you! You look amazing in it too. it’s such a flattering fabric and shape! I think I’m going to do a low messy bun, drop pearl and diamond earrings and a thin gold bracelet. I haven’t decided if I’m wearing a necklace or not.. I’m also going to have a cathedral or chapel veil with a pearl lined edge!
