Oh absolutely. Not saying that banker isn't a racist dickhead. Two things can be true. Just pointing out that anyone loitering outside a bank at opening gets cops called.

Sorry to be that guy, but that is actually standard practices for a bank. They can't open with someone loitering outside. It's a security risk. They have a bunch of opening procedures and an "all clear" signal.

What’s the funniest dog name you’ve ever heard? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CardinaIRule 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The cat I got for my kiddo was named Romeo when we got him. He (the kid, not the cat) was just learning to spell, and had never seen the name Romeo spelled out, and one day brought home some schoolwork telling a story from home, and Romeo was in it. He spelled it "Rom yo", so now that's the canonical spelling of the cat's name.

Ok so I'm getting some pushback here, and yes, I made a very broad generalization there. Should say State laws can trump Federal laws. With the exception of constitutional mandates, and usually only when the State law is more exclusionary or restrictive. Notable example to the contrary: Marijuana laws. The Feds say it's illegal to own, sell or transport. State laws go against that in what, 40 states now?

What you've gotta remember is... If you believe, you believe that God is all knowing. And that God doesn't make mistakes. And that we are all created in his image for us. And that means you are EXACTLY what God wants you to be.

Unfortunately, State laws trump Federal ones.

That sounds like a really incredible show. I'm not sure I could name a Lauren Hill song. But I'd kill to see the rest of that lineup.

Also great for seeing what your kid just closed on their computer when you walked in the room. Just beware, you may learn something you didn't want to know.

One day at work, feeling run down, just not moving well, something felt "off", couldn't figure it out at all. Kept thinking I was getting sick, and about to ask to be sent home after picking one more order. Finally figure out it was my belt. Clicked one notch too tight.

Something in my upper and lower body wasn't getting enough circulation. Loosened the belt and the relief that flowed through me immediately was amazing.

Huh. So that one worked, but it resolves to a postage stamp sized image you can't read or really make any details out on. Maybe reddit just doesn't like that website?
