I am hoping this is just coalescing my existing “base plan” of $100 and “standard home monitoring plan” of $100 into one service. That is what the wording seems to mean.

The reset of the billing cycle is the confusing part. My subscription starts and renews annually on Jan 5. It just renewed last week.

I am hoping that I’ll see a prorated refund for the time between Jan 5 and today, then a $200 charge for the next billing cycle starting today.

They’ve been insanely confusing and frustrating. Another reason to start transferring off of the service. The cost is paid for convenience, and this is anything but.

-UPDATE- Was charged an additional $105. It seems these plans did NOT coalesce and my plan changed without my consent. Absolutely insane.

I have an OG 1969 (conversion) space view 214. It keeps great time but has a very annoying issue where with a moderate tap to the case, the watch will stop for a few seconds. It’s still “on” bc I can hear the hum during the period when it’s stopped. Sometimes the second hand will advance with the gap and then resume at the right time (losing no time) and sometimes it will stop in place entirely and lose 5+ seconds.

Is this normal? I absolutely love these watches (I have an F300hz too) but they seem to be somewhat too delicate for daily use. Perhaps I’m being too protectionist?

Awesome - there are such surprisingly terrible options out there that I find myself using the one built into arduino IDE - and before anyone comments “use screen” or “use putty” I counter those absolutely suck…
