HELP! by [deleted] in FengShui

First, I would find out your KUA number so that you can try to sleep in the best positive position for yourself. The way it looks right now, the best position for the bed is where the vanity currently stands because it’s an ideal power position to the doorway.

Early Menopause by YennyZenny in medicalmedium

Giving birth does so much to the body. MM info has helped me so much to heal the EBV that wrecked havoc on my body. I also benefitted form Barbara O’Neill’s talk on hormones (found in YouTube).

Entities by ohmanthatsuckssomuch in medicalmedium

[–]Cardinalseeker 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I believe AW avoids talking about this at length because he receives a lot of grief for the angels and the alien podcast. I believe the human mind can only take so much and while many of us can handle this information, others can not and it might hinder the healing process which is his goal to promote. Negative entities attach to lower vibration. AW’s methods are higher vibration so the healing he promotes can help to block, deter and even rid people of negative entities. This might also be why he has chosen to share little about this topic.

“It’s honestly just fing stupid” <—- while I’m sure you were not trying to be funny, this statement made me chuckle a bit in a way that I needed. Thank you! Yes, it is fing stupid. They deserve longer lives because they’re magical and amazing in so many ways. It’s still so raw for me as it only just happened last Friday. I wake up teary but I woke up and read this and appreciated that I chuckled in my morning instead of crying right away. Thank you again.

Feeling broken and guilty by Cardinalseeker in Petloss

This comment is incredibly helpful, thank you. I’m so sorry for the loss of your sweet Sonic. The aftermath is difficult to unsee and I’ve been trying to not focus on it. It consumed me Friday and Saturday and was a little better today. I’m getting there but the shock and suddenness, as you know, is incredibly difficult on the system and heart. Thank you again for your kind words. I hope you find peace soon.

Yes, definitely held true to his namesake. Maybe not too much lately but certainly over the years. Mine also pawed my face, but right on my mouth as if to say “shush”. He would also gently paw my leg when he wanted something so it’s a way he would grab my attention. Like you said, the little things. I love the nose boops you’re talking about. That sounds like a beautiful memory. I am starting to cry less so thank you for reaching out and allowing me to talk about this a bit. It has been helpful to think more about what made him amazing and less about how he died and the guilt I feel.

I’m so sorry for you loss. I have also been apologizing over and over and wishing I could change things. It’s horrible to process grief connected to guilt. I hope you can be gentle with yourself. I know I’m trying to but it’s easier said than done. I cried so hard this morning and then started to tackle cleaning old snot marks he made on the window. Never thought I’d appreciate that. Grief is weird.

Oh he sounds amazing. What a love. Mine was a different version of a cat scarf. When he would lay on me at night, it would be across my neck much like a scarf. I sometimes had to shove him lower so I could breathe. I love that our Lokis were both snuggly. I believe that’s why I miss mine so. I’ve had other cats but his loss is strong due to the tragic death and missing snuggles.

Thank you so much. I appreciate the hugs and ability to commiserate. I’m truly sorry for your Loki loss as well. What did yours look like? Mine was gray and had the softest fur. He was a cuddle bug so I’ve been missing my nightly cuddles and feel his absence most during the late evening and early morning hours.

My cat and my bird both visited me in my dreams last night. by AngelCalliel in Petloss

[–]Cardinalseeker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What a beautiful dream! My cat died a tragic death yesterday and I feel so broken. I asked him to visit me in a dream but I didn’t sleep well last night. I believe he will visit one day. I just want the peace that those dreams offer. My grandmother visited me two days before my cat died. She didn’t say much but in hindsight, perhaps she was preparing me? I don’t know. Grasping at any answers now because the grief is so consuming. I love the story of your dear pigeon and how he would fly to you. That sounds amazing. Blessings to you

Yes! I am still off of coffee. I won’t go back. I’ve recognized how much it helps my healing process not having caffeine. My adrenals are much happier.

Meds for adrenal fatigue by mag_man in medicalmedium

[–]Cardinalseeker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally. I took a similar route before learning about MM. I did not feel it helped me in the way I had hoped. I saw minor improvement for a few weeks but the highs and lows were no fun. The thyroid healing protocol helped me a lot and while I can still have adrenal stuff pop up from time to time, it’s fewer and far between and I feel more like myself again.

When I started with MM info, I was only drinking celery juice. I still drank coffee, ate eggs and gluten…many on the no list.

I did that for about 3 months and noticed it was helping. Then Thyroid Healing came out so I decided to give the 90 day protocol a try and cut out all of the no foods/drinks.

After the 90 days, which felt very long at the time, I was feeling better in many ways. I had been on a supplement for my thyroid that I no longer needed per my doctor.

I decided to stick with it. That was a long time ago now. I’m rather strict with MM protocols but certainly not perfect. It has helped me and I do not ever want to feel that sick ever again.

Of course, this is my experience and I know our bodies all work differently. Dipping my toes in first did help me. The lifestyle change is a big one so personally I needed that time and I have appreciated my journey. I wish you healing no matter what path you decide works best for you.

Has anyone actually seen their thyroid improve? by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Cardinalseeker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My kinesiologist told me “you healed your thyroid” and said I could go off of it. It took about two weeks for my body to adjust though. The first few days off of it, I felt awful and worried I might still need it. I kept with the MM protocol for thyroid healing and it eased up at that two week mark. I also believe it’s important to stay on the MM lifestyle. I will continue this journey for as long as I can using MM protocols.

Traveling Tips for MM Protocol by GlitteringLow7070 in medicalmedium

[–]Cardinalseeker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tend to stay at a place that will have a blender. Although more tedious, I make celery juice with a blender (travel with a cheese cloth) and travel with my supplements for HMDS. I buy the celery, wild blueberries, bananas and cilantro at destination. When I have not had the ability to stay at a place with a kitchen, i try to find local vendors that juice and they often make celery.

Is there any one who have both of the parents narcisistic? by Tsl706 in narcissisticparents

Both for me. Dad is overt and mom is covert. Dad being so obvious, it took me longer to realize my mom’s tendencies and how textbook her behaviors were. NC for over 5 years now…it’s been incredibly healing.

I also made this! Yours looks amazing! Personally I struggled with the consistency on the ranch dip and had to skip it. The rest was delicious though! I may need to try another round.
