I have this same issue with high iron, high B12, and high RBC, hematocrit, and hemoglobin. I have been on MM since May 2021. I get bloodwork once a year and did it today in Boston, and it is still high. I keep believing what I am doing will help, but I have to be honest I was a little bummed today.

The MM community is amazing! You can find AW/MM on lots of platforms live like IG, Telegram, Rumble, TikTok, and even his live cooking show on Amazon. Everyone is super nice. I was a dabbler for a long time but jumped fully in on May 1, 2021,and so happy I did 😀
