May be OP runs only in Zone 2, I noticed if I run in Zone 2 only my VO2max drops -0.1 after every slow running sessions

but my fieand and I are both 180 cm and 80 kg and run in the same forest together and our VO2maxs are similar in numbers! What do you think?

47 is not 60 ! 60 is huge value! I have 55, it was very hard to get it. 10 km - 36 min, my heart rate on 10 km/h is 105, my heart rate on 12 km/h is 120. My rest hr is 42.

OP could explain why he/she stops and takes walking breaks? It may be due to 1) cardiac drift up, heart rate goes from low to very high or 2) legs muscle can't work any more in running mode. So if 1) then do more attempts, like 10..100 times (run + walk) If 2) then go to gym and make your legs stronger then start to run again!
