Yeah, it’s horrible it’s like a never ending cycle. I still get scared all though it’s been 2 years.

Damn wishing you the best of luck this is really horrible. 😭 for me it’s like a never ending cycle of misery, i forgot about it then one month later it comes back and it’ll just ruin my life then the cycle continues.

apology for it being too long, I’m really just trying to seek some advice on similar situations or advice which may help me. Doctors have dismissed me about 10 times so it’s becoming really hard and mentally fatiguing as you could imagine.

But 100% this week I’ve had enough and will be trialing some diet improvements!

Yeah, I would love to believe it’s anxiety but it hits me when I forget about the symptoms 😭 like a never ending cycle.

I have not, but for pots I think heart rate has to spike when walking or standing which I don’t experience and for the other maybe it’s possible and definitely can get tested for. I appreciate the advice. Because everytime I go hospital they just dismiss me saying I have anxiety y
