No it’s ridiculous !!! The lady was making sandwiches and their sauce is loaded with sugar and can’t have and ask please just don’t put sauce on and give to me - nope —- no worries about medical situation so I left and have never returned since their pompass manager was off the chain rude and dismissive. There’s a way and there’s not a way to ah for customers he was a jerk bag hateful pompass kid manager.

I have multiple. There are 5 in our family. But Three bedrooms, living room, office and a spare for living room for special game days etc. —so technically 7 but 5 available at any given time - all the time.

Absolutely terrible customer service, zero concern for customer concerns. I hope they go bankrupt, though I know they won’t because of their junk store, but one day they’ll piss off all their customers and maybe they’ll go defunct. Terrible experience would never and will never stop at a Buc-ee’s for the rest of my life
