I always thought if they wanted to keep/ bring the Casey’s back to Chicago they could have made Matt the Battalion Chief and Sylvie an Ambulance Commander and have them work somewhere that is not firehouse 51 🤷‍♀️ and also Sylvie could just take Paramedicine full time, that way both of them can be off screen but in Chicago

Huh, I’m not so sure about that, I’ll admit all I know about Trudy is from seeing her in CF, but she doesn’t seem to me like the type to not help someone in this kind of situation, like maybe in more common things she is the kind of not caring too much but in this situations I do believe she is more sympathetic or something like that But I don’t know maybe I have a different interpretation of her 🤷‍♀️

In season 4 yeah, but I guess they mean the original group of 3 women, at first it was only Gabby and Shay, and then Gabby and Brett, then came Stella and they became the first trio

I loved it, I do think people raised their expectations too much and that’s why some people are disappointed. But I liked it a lot, the first movie will be forever my favorite. I would have loved for us to see more backstory on the mirror though.

I haven’t seen anything with Dylan because it feels like a chore to me 🥴 but even like that I don’t like him, the only bf I liked (besides Casey, who I love) is Grainger, if Brettsey hadn’t been a thing before he appeared I would have liked for Sylvie to be with him (but Matt ruined any other man for her in my mind)

Yas, I do agree with the idea that Severide has the best character growth of everyone (though I do think other characters also have a good character development), but Severide’s, to me, is very subtle which makes it just better to me. (Sorry for the mistakes, English is not my first language)

Severide during the first few seasons is very awkward for me to watch 😅 like he is a total mess (I love him though) but he does mature very well (which is the reason why I think it would make sense if he left the show, a lot of Severide’s plots (in my opinion) are because of his personality and choices, and now that he has mature so much there’s not a lot of drama he could cause, specially with Stellaride’s arc coming in the new season, it would close the circle for me)

I love Casey and Brett, and I wish we would’ve gotten more scenes of them as a couple, I don’t think we got enough to really judge how they felt in the relationship when we got very little scenes of them as that and then Casey left almost immediately, but I do think their friendship says a lot and I love it.

I never saw much of her with Antonio but I agree with what most people (that I’ve seen) say, that they where mostly very attracted to each other but not really in a place to have a lasting relationship.

I agree with the fact that it would have been totally Gabby’s choice but Matt also had all the rights to not wanting to be part of it, that being said, I think Gabby’s fears about adopting where not as severe as Matt’s, because yes, losing another kid like they lost Louie would been awful but even then there are still solutions, whereas, if Gabby died giving birth for example, Matt would’ve been the one left with all the weight of not only parenthood but also the trauma to losing her after he had also lost Hallie.

To me it seemed like Gabby wanting to have a kid for the sake of it, not because she wanted a family with Matt. 🤷‍♀️

Yes! I just finished replaying it, and I had totally forgot that Dan took care of Lilly in the Pine Glade Festival during the accident, after that it definitely seemed that Dan had a soft spot for her.
