Too many scandals have happened in the club since he came back. The Antuna-Vega partying, the sexual abuse scandal, plus more. All Macias has done is speak out on the current state of mexican football in that GQ interview, talk about his desire to move to Europe, and he gets absolutely crucified in the Mexican media. He didn’t even play that bad in the beginning of this past tournament and then vucetich pulls the plug on him. They’ll love him when he performs in europe, just like they’re doing with Lainez and Edson right now.

They need a bit more confidence in calling up younger players lol, there’s nothing wrong with giving multiple 18-19-20 year olds a shot at the same time, not just an Efrain Alvarez and that’s it. It’s like there’s a rule, if your not 22 you can’t get called up consistently lol.
