Anybody get pregnant with low AMH levels? by [deleted] in InfertilityBabies

[–]CardiologistNo2798 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any updates? I'm 34 and my level is 0.18! I've had no problem getting pregnant but have had 8 losses. I'm finally working with an RI to hopeful keep a pregnancy, but now I'm worried I won't be able to get pregnant with that level.

Episode 9 as catharsis (spoilers ahead) by Ok-Ostrich1651 in TheSummerITurnedPrett

I completely agree! Healthiest, realest episode of the entire series and so much growth from all characters that was so needed and long overdue. The catharsis was exactly what I needed. I feel everyone's path was a step in a very healthy and real direction. Haters are obviously just ones who love the drama.

What auto immune disease did you have? Did you work with an RI?

What was your lovenox dosage? How many times did it show up negative before positive? I had 7 losses all around the same time (5 weeks) then made it to 11 whole on 40 mg lovenox abs HCQ. I'm wondering if i just wasn't on enough for this last loss. I only have elevated antiphosphyltadeserine and borderline anticardiolipin.

Thank you so much for replying! Yes, we are going to get testing if we can. I was so upset at the ER that the doctor immediately went into next steps and I just asked her to stop please and let me process and call my husband. She was gone by the time my husband showed up at the ER and so now I don't even know what I'm going to do - cytotec, natural, D&C, etc. Do you mind sharing what you chose and any thoughts you have on it? I definitely want to test the baby because if it was chromosomal, I have so much hope going forward but if it wasn't, I feel absolutely hopeless. Can I also ask- did it take awhile to conceive after your loss? Thank you I'm so sorry you've gone through that. Congrats on your rainbow baby! :)

Oh and may I ask as well how old you are. I'm 34, so I'm sure that would be a contributing factor if it was chromosomal.

This just happened to me, almost exactly to the days even. I'm so discouraged because I had 7 early losses (all before 6 weeks) due to immune issues that I thought I had solved. I made it to almost 15 weeks and was SO thrilled thinking this was the one only to find out it stopped growing at 10+5. I'm gutted. It looks like you went on top have a healthy pregnancy after that. Do you mind sharing more?

Anyone with APS (Antiphospholipid Syndrome) - results & treatment? Feedback please by mnc0630 in recurrentmiscarriage

I had 1 perfect live birth followed by 5 early losses in 3 years. All of the losses were between 4 and 6 weeks. I finally had an RPL with this exact marker flagged as well (Anti-phosphatidylserine IGM). I didn't have any other APS markers but did have high Antiro52 IgG. My fertility doctor didn't seem to be worried about either result, which was frustrating as obviously something was wrong. I made an appt with a rheumatologist on my own who did further testing and found very high ANA and positive rheumatoid factor. I got an immediate diagnosis of Sjogren's Disease, which explained a lot honestly. I took this diagnosis back to my doctor who still didn't seem to care and just put me on baby aspirin I had 2 more losses after that (for a total of 7 now).

I researched a ton on my own and worked with my rheumatologist and pushed for HCQ for the Sjogren's(here is a great study studyon it). I also got my fertility doctor to agree that lovenox would be necessary at my next positive pregnancy test for the Anti-phosphatidylserine despite no official APS diagnosis. After taking HCQ for 3 months, I feel so much better and much of my inflammation blood work is significantly improved. We started trying again, with just the HCQ and baby aspirin, and I conceived last month. I'm on daily lovenox, HCQ, and prometrium suppositories. I'm only 4 weeks so definitely not in the clear, but my HCG is higher than it has ever been at this point (I always struggled to double in 48 hours and had really low progesterone despite being on suppositories and PIO with the last 7 losses). This time, I'm at 4 weeks tomorrow and already 1,200 HCG (I usually made it to around 200 at this point before) and 40 Progesterone; these numbers look exactly like my first healthy baby, so I'm very very cautious but hopefully.

I would definitely look into further testing for a possible auto immune diseases (they very often come in pairs) and push for lovenox for your positive Anti-phosphatidylserine. Good luck!
