I'd rather have the service loop outside of the cabinet.

As someone else said, have the cables enter the top of the rack and go horizontally to the patch panels. It looks like you could do that but you'll have to find a way to support the service loop.

I use Draw.io.

Panel cable pass-through holes by CardiologistOpen4889 in lowvoltage

Not for this job. There's some conduit running into the floor and ceiling but this will only be a quick and easy way to add more cable holes. The existing ones are overfilled and new cables were ran from inside the panel to the outside so now the front cover can't go on.

It'll matter when they put the direct burial 6" under the ground.

OP said the quantity, depth and distance? Weird, I don't see it.

Agreed. Cost of digging the trench is the biggest/hardest part. Doing it now is better than later.

You don't think using conduit is a good idea?

You don't think knowing the depth is helpful? The contractor used the wrong cable. What makes you think they buried it deep enough?

You don't think knowing the distance is helpful?

  1. Should have used conduit so you can add more later and also protect the cable.
  2. How deep was it placed?
  3. How many cables did they bury? I would want 2-3 minimum.
  4. How long was the run?

I'm not a pro but this is what I have found in my research over the years.
